Protection — impact science, not marketing
The AeroHelm uses a dual-density EPS core with a MIPS liner. The outer shell spreads the direct impact. The inner shell rotates independently, redirecting the angular forces that cause concussion. Two shells, one purpose, and roughly 15mm of rotation between them.
Ventilation — 18 vents, zero dead spots
Every vent is channelled. Air enters at the brow, runs through internal channels across the scalp, and exits at the crown. The result is 23% more airflow than a passively vented helmet at 25 km/h, measured in our own tunnel at Baner and repeated three times.
Fit — micro-dial, macro comfort
A single knob at the base adjusts the cradle in 2mm increments. No guessing, no ratchet clicks to count — smooth, precise, and it stays where you left it. The internal padding is antimicrobial, removable and machine washable, and a spare set ships in the box.
